Assembly technician

About the role.

We are looking for a solution-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. We have lots of exciting projects and could use your help! You will be assembling our products, such as milk frothing systems for coffee machines, automatic cocktail makers and dispensers for a variety of beverages.

In addition to the above, your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling and testing equipment, identifying areas for improvement along the way.

• Managing the entire assembly process from start to finish.

• Working on a variety of products and production lines, switching between them as needed.

About you.

You are hands-on, love solving puzzles and enjoy putting things together. You take ownership of every production batch and make sure each unit becomes a fully functioning piece of equipment. You are also responsible for the final step in the production process, providing valuable feedback along the way.

You look beyond the obvious, think ahead and actively contribute ideas when improvements or adjustments are needed.

At Craftworks, we develop smart, efficient and future-proof technical solutions in electrical engineering and mechanical engineering. Together with our customers, we bring innovative ideas to life. At Craftworks Production, we ensure that these devices are manufactured in small production runs. In addition to working with startups, we collaborate with major brands such as Coca-Cola, Heineken and Douwe Egberts.

What we're looking for.

• You have a technical qualification.

• No formal qualification? If you have hands-on assembly experience in a similar role and a motivated, can-do attitude that fits our team, we would still love to hear from you.

• You have a solution-oriented mindset.

• You take a proactive approach and speak up when you encounter challenges.

• You enjoy precision work and have a keen eye for detail.

• You can work independently and see tasks through to completion.

• You have good communication skills in both Dutch and English.
